Hugo and Amicia leave their home. They travel south to explore new areas and settle in the cities. In the new cities, they try to begin a new journey and stop the curse that Hugo has brought on him.

Hugo’s powers resurface and destruction and death are returned in the form of an engulfing flood of rats. In a desperate attempt to escape and the brothers place their faith in a mystical island which could hold the key to saving Hugo.

In the fight to live you will discover the cost of saving someone you care about. There are two options: strike in the dark, or unleash the wrath of hell. This will allow you to take on enemies using a range of instruments, weapons, and extraordinary abilities.
